The main level of the home is an open living space with large, picturesque windows overlooking the Bay. Two King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms frame the great room, each with access to the Bayfront sundeck. The third bedroom is a large suite and can be found on the top floor with vaulted ceilings, 2 Queen beds, full bathroom and Bayfront deck to enjoy the panoramic water views!
Outdoor amenities include under-house parking, a fish cleaning station, enclosed outdoor shower and park-style grill. Launch your kayaks or SUP boards right from the bay beach at the property, fish off the dock and enjoy the sunset.
Gulf beach access is a 5–10-minute walk to the nearest community beach boardwalk or you can drive to Jetty Parking off of Leisure Lane and walk the 2-minute public beach trail near Bob Syke’s Cut.
